The name of our restaurant, "Kitamae-ya Yusen,"

is a combination of the name of the establishment where I trained,

my wife's name, and a wish to be blessed with many customers.

Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to meet countless people who have supported, encouraged, and brought joy to me.

I am truly grateful for these connections and cherish every day.
